Burnt Honey Bakery
Burnt Honey is serving up baked goods at both Copacabana and Long Jetty. Owners Hayley and Jo have created a great online functionality too so you can pre-order to ensure you don’t miss out. The ethical practices of Burnt Honey, and the quality of product being delivered, put this bakery in a league of its own and makes the signature Copa Queen and Hayley’s chiffon cakes taste even sweeter.

Central Coast Cannoli
You won’t miss this mecca of Italian desserts in the eye-catching rounded shopfront that watches over Parsons Road in Lisarow (and now Long Jetty too). Inside, the iconic sweets do the talking with bags of biscotti, crostoli, and almond biscuits sitting before a gleaming espresso machine alongside the star of the show – the cannoli.

Mamigato
The Galleria, in Ettalong, with its European touch was the perfect location for Mamigato to open its first bricks and mortar store for its traditional French sweets. Starting out as a home-based business selling their signature Beignet or French donut, owners Luc and Cecile have expanded bringing more of their French roots to the Central Coast.

Rise Artisan Bakery
Owner, baker, and pastry chef Rob Smith started his apprenticeship in retail baking and pastry cooking at just 16. Rob always knew he would work with his hands and combined with his passion for food it was in 2021 that Rob took over the Sasa Sicilian space in Ettalong to bring his passion for making as much as he possibly can from scratch to life.

Salt Pig Deli
It is technically a deli but do not let this deter you from visiting Salt Pig Deli for your baked goods. These unbleached 36-hour fermented sourdoughs in multi-varieties are for the serious bread lover.The range of ciabatta is available in three classic flavours, and you can have it made into a sandwich at the shop.

Sonoma Bakery Terrigal
Sydney-based artisanal bakery and coffee bar, Sonoma Bakery has opened its first store on the Central Coast with Terrigal being the spot. You can now get your hands on Sonoma's famous sourdough and handcrafted baked goods such as pies, sausage rolls, croissants, morning buns, turnovers, cookies, and cakes.

The Fat Goose
This bakery and cafe combo is a top spot for a laid-back breakfast or lunch and it makes a great coffee to boot. On the bakery side, you’ll find hand-crafted Italian-style bread, rye loaves, classic European pastries, gluten-free bread and sweets, muffins, friands, savoury pies, and quiches. All are baked daily in-house at The Fat Goose.

Over in Gosford sits a delicious cafe space that is known for its cracking cups of coffee, passion for Gosford, and, of course, its in-house baked goods.
