Schillykickk is the brain child of Chef Rocki, who grew up around his mother’s restaurant in the old town of Bangkok, and has called Australia home since 2014. Coming from a strong bloodline of cooks he naturally fell into cheffing.
With an experienced palate for Thai flavours and a passion for cooking western food, in 2017 Rocki and his wife began their own Thai Fusion food truck
