Prince of Wales Hotel

Under new ownership, Ty and Julianne Burford (who you may know from The Burwood and RASCAL), have moved in and added their unique style to the hotel.

Downstairs and out the back is TWO MULES, a Mex-Americana style restaurant that Chef Brendhan heads up. Formerly of Surley's in Surry Hills, Brendhan has a long history in the food scene and is bringing something really unique to the menu.Prince of the Wales

Take a walk up the staircase and you'll find the Prince's newest addition, THE CAT'S PAJAMAS pop-up bar.

Whilst the bar itself hasn't changed, and that verandah that we all know and love is still there, the space has been given a fresh new look with a distinct 20's theme, that harks back to the days of prohibition.

With an espresso martini menu and live music or DJs from behind the DJ piano, THE CAT'S PAJAMAS is open every Friday evening, and on other occasions for private functions. Prince of Wales Hotel
