Honeysuckle favourite, The Landing, has undergone a major makeover for their summer launch of Signora at the Landing. Boasting a new, modern-Italian menu, summer inspired cocktail list and a new Mediterranean interior.
Owner, Lisa Margan comes from Italian heritage and along with her team, they were ready for a change of direction for the venue after six years in the business.
‘[I] love the value Italians place on sharing good food and booze with family and friends, so this new direction was a logical choice.’
The entire venue feels refreshed, revitalised and ready for the warm Aussie Summer ahead. The modern-Italian menu, curated by head chef, Paul Thornton,
features a selection of share plates that pay tribute to local producers and the venue’s harbour-front location.
The creative mind behind the extensive cocktail list, Ollie Margan, has designed the list with local, seasonal produce in mind, whilst incorporating his own twist on some of the classics.
‘The Landing has always been a destination for those who love cocktails, so we are building on that with a menu that shines a light on the Italian way of life –a place to share in quality food and drinks by the harbour, with their favourite people.’
