Since bursting onto the scene in 2022, Vera Wine has become a much-loved spot for sourcing local, natural, and fine wine. Owners Florence and Josh are passionate about wine, and they've created a haven at Vera Wine for both wine experts and wine amateurs alike. Make sure you stop by on Saturdays for a wine tasting that changes up weekly.

Warners at the Bay Bottle Shop

Conveniently located for Lake Macquarie locals, the Warners at the Bay bottle shop has over 1000 beers, a five tap growler station, over 300 wines, 250 spirits, plus a range of Hunter Belle cheeses! If you’re not local, they even deliver right to your door.

Independent and locally-owned brewery Method Brewing makes some excellent brews including a pale ale, a new world IPA, and a hazy pale. Head into its Islington location and make a beeline for the fridge to stock up on Method Brewing to enjoy at home.
