1. Celebration Cakes

Whether your preference is colour, country of origin, international flavours or locally sourced, the stacking of cheese wheels creates a tower of indulgence. For the sweet tooths don’t despair, there's the option to incorporate a ‘traditional’ cake flavour into the tower with the naked cake look being an ideal choice.
Best yet the Essential Ingredient ask that you come in for a tasting to select your preferred cheese tower flavors along with some delicious accompaniments, props and the inspiration on how to present your celebration cake.
For the cheese fanatics here's what cheeses were featured above; Left Tower: (top to bottom) - Mimolette, Cloth Bound Cheddar, King Island Smoked Cheddar. Right Tower: (top to bottom) - Delice de Cremier, Fourme d’Ambert, Foglie di Noce (Pecorino in Walnut leaves), Mon Pere Brie, Cornish Yarg.
