Experience the newly renovated and exquisitely designed Vamp Cosmetic Clinic in Newcastle West
Opening the front door of the new residence of Vamp Cosmetic Clinic, your body instantly relaxes as you are swallowed up by the ambient atmosphere, rich textures, and deep moody hues throughout the space. The Newcastle-West-based cosmetic clinic provides results-based, industry-leading non-surgical cosmetic treatments in a relaxed, nurturing, and approachable environment.
With many years of expertise between them, owners Dr. Jake Alexander (MBBS FRACGP) and Kylie Scarfe, combined their knowledge and experience working in public health and applied it to cosmetic medicine to launch VAMP. Their goal was to provide well-researched, efficacious treatments performed in beautiful surroundings and curated into a unique self-care, tailored experience.
“The most rewarding aspect of our business are the clients and knowing they trust us enough to open up about their cosmetic concerns. This is an intimate subject for most people and it's important people feel listened to and cared for. Cosmetic medicine goes deeper than people’s outward appearance, it’s about self-esteem, empowerment, and helping people feel motivated again. We take this responsibility to people very seriously,” Kylie said.
The local clinic specialises in device-based skin treatments and advanced cosmetic injectables. Vamp boasts one of the largest ranges of aesthetic devices in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley, and Central Coast regions, with popular treatments including Picoway laser tattoo removal, miraDry permanent sweat reduction, laser hair removal, CO2 laser mole removal, treatment of broken capillaries, and wide range of skin rejuvenation treatments for all skin types.
Treatments are performed by an experienced and knowledgeable team of Doctors and Dermal Therapists who believe cosmetic treatments should look natural, creating fresh, rejuvenated results that help clients look and feel their best at any age.
After outgrowing their original venue on Hunter St and feeling that they had developed their treatments and team to a level that the space no longer matched the offering – Vamp owners Kylie and Dr. Jake felt they had to offer something better for their clients.
“We wanted a space that not only looked beautiful but also offered a visceral experience for our clients, an experience that transports people outside of their day-to-day routine into something special.”
The bespoke fit-out was brought to life by Skelcon Builders of Lambton, who enlisted award-winning Newcastle architecture firm SDA. Wandering around, it’s obvious that what has been created here is not your typical clinical environment. The space goes beyond the standard requirements and creates a sensory journey with its moody, sophisticated design that incorporates ambient lighting, dark textural interiors, and brass accents for a holistic experience.
The clinic’s new location between King St and Hunter St is just a short stroll from Marketown, making it even more convenient for local clients to access, all whilst being discreetly positioned.
Vamp Cosmetic Clinic operates Monday to Saturday with late nights on Thursday. Clients can learn more about treatment options or book an appointment by heading to the website here, or giving the Vamp team a call on (02) 4041 1514.
Vamp understands that deciding on the right treatment can be confusing. To eliminate the guesswork, the clinic offers complimentary consultations both in-person and over the phone. The consultative process focuses on helping clients understand treatment options and aligns them with options tailored to their aesthetic concerns.
