When the siren sounded to the NRLW Grand Final, the celebrations from the team, coaching staff, friends and family perfectly captured just what it meant. The Newcastle Knights convincing 32 - 12 win over the Parramatta Eels was the perfect ending to what was an incredible sporting story.

Finding themselves in the wooden spoon position in their debut NRLW campaign earlier this year, the win may have surprised many, but for those across the well orchestrated off-season signings and strong belief from players and staff, there was little to be surprised about.

To celebrate the historic season the camera's have been rolling from day one of pre-season through to the Grand Final celebrations resulting in a two-part series titled ‘Impact’.

The two-part documentary series ‘Impact: The Inside Story of the 2022 NRLW season’ takes you behind closed doors shining a light on the highs, lows, sacrifices and momentous events shared with our town with the trailer set to go live at 6pm, October 6th.
