The Family Hotel

Located on Hunter Street, the Family Hotel calls itself the ‘pub for everyone’ and they’re not lying! Just over a month ago, they hosted their annual ‘dog day afternoon’, partnering with Dog Rescue Newcastle with a focus on adopting dogs.

Since its opening in 2013, the bar has been extremely dog-friendly and over the years they work hard to raise money for Hunter Animal Rescue and playing host to annual adoption days. Money Penny is a real treat for you, and your pets as they have custom-made orthopedic dog beds!
