The Junction-based doughnut creators have won four awards at the National Donut Competition
We already knew that DoughHeads is at the top of the doughnut game, but now the rest of the country knows too, with the team behind your favourite sweet creations winning big at the National Donut Competition.
DoughHeads took out four awards across the competition, where they showcased a range of their doughnuts to judges from the Baking Association of Australia.
Here’s a rundown of the awards DoughHeads snagged:
- Champion Donut in Show: The undisputed rulers of the doughnut realm, DoughHeads seized Champion Donut in Show with the Caramilk Brulee Doughnut
- 1st Prize for Jam Doughnut: When it came to jam-filled delights, DoughHeads took the crown for their jam doughnut filled with house-made raspberry jam
- 1st Prize for Gourmet Doughnut: The Caramilk Brulee Doughnut did it again, taking out 1st Prize for Gourmet Doughnut
- 2nd Prize for Original Glazed Doughnut: This timeless treat with a DoughHeads twist won second place.
DoughHeads mastermind Anna Farthing was thrilled with the wins.
