A couple of stalls you don’t want to miss…

The Little Moon Swing
A collection of unique nursery & kids room decor with the purpose of sparking imagination. This interactive stall is full of handmade items created with handpicked materials from around Newcastle. Creating magical fairy houses out of local driftwood & signature busy boards using lots of different sensory stimulating items. Be sure to find their new designs like their loop board which is not only heaps of fun, but it encourages development of fine motor skills, hand eye coordination and recognition of patterns.
Wanderlust
Hand crafted, small batch skin care range including soaps, face masks, bath time treats and so much more. Creator, Amber makes all of her products using only natural ingredients & keeps her business sustainable by only packaging in compostable or recyclable materials. Amber is a trained beautician & has a whole heap of knowledge to help you make the change to a natural skin care routine. Find Wanderlust opposite the Secret Book Stuff.

 

Kendrick The Label
A fashion brand on a mission to bring sustainable fashion to your wardrobe. Each piece is made with secondhand fabrics, zippers and thread, making their garments unique and one of a kind. They will be showcasing their purposeful brand at Homegrown by bringing along
their fun, bright-coloured designs in simple, every day wear garments. Let your guilt for splurging on clothing be taken away and replaced by a sense of pride for supporting sustainable fashion!
Akatonbo
Quirky original jewellery pieces featuring predominantly up-cycled materials such as vintage watch parts and old books. Maker, Rosie’s Steampunk inspired range aims to showcase the beauty of clockwork, cogs and mechanics in a unique way to create wearable art with a bit of history. The upcoming Homegrown Market will feature Rosie’s new Steampunk inspired pieces including more mechanical critters; a seahorse, a big bee and an owl in flight! Rosie will also have some new colours and designs for her little book pendants plus a surprise new product designed due to popular request!
Foodies
Homegrown has a tasty line up including Schillykickk, The Funky Food Van, Sweet Joy, Covered in Crumbs & so many other delicious options! Keep an eye on Homegrown socials for a full food line up announcement the day before!
PARKING TIPS
Getting into town has never been easier, there is FREE all day parking at Throsby Car Park (42 Honeysuckle Dr, Wickham) just hop onto the light rail & ride into town! (Jump off at Queens Wharf - the kids will LOVE it) or have a beautiful stroll from the car park along the honeysuckle foreshore. Another easy option $5 flat rate parking at Mall Car Park (92 King St, Newcastle) which is just a 9
minute walk OR take advantage of public transport, ride share or bike into town - there is a few bike parking spots at the old bus station! Easy!
