We may be going into lock down but it's not all bad news - Susuru have launched The Chicken Kebab Ramen
If you missed the last one there’s no excuses but to get on board Susuru’s latest Ramen collab.
Working with Mayfield West Kebabs & Charcoal Chicken the creatives in the kitchen from Susuru have pulled together another cracker of a Ramen flavour called, you guessed it – The Chicken Kebab Ramen.
Difference being this time the Susuru kitchen has been taken over by the all-important kebab rotisserie to ensure those juicy kebab flavours make it all the way into the ramen bowl.
In addition to the shaved in-house chicken kebab flavours, you can expect Susuru’s signature spiced shio broth, chopped tomatoes, Mayfield West Kebabs tabouli, and their famous garlic toum sauce.
There is of course a vegan option that features hand-rolled falafels from Zaaki Espresso. Located right next door to Mayfield West Kebabs and Charcoal Chicken, the family-owned Zaaki Espresso has been bringing some of the best Middle Eastern flavours to Newcastle, including those much-loved chickpea balls of goodness, so you know it’s going to be a winning combination.
