Just last week Marketown was lucky to welcome a brand-new foodie joint to their mix of an already booming food-focussed area; Thai Town!
Newcastle’s newest Thai Restaurant officially opened up to the public on the 25th of October, right in time for the post-lockdown hospo boom! Setting up shop within the Marketown West area, the extensive menu at Thai Town features authentic, great quality Thai food!
Specialty dishes include the succulent Honey Lemon Chicken and Mango Sticky Rice for dessert, while also offering a bunch of traditional favourites such as Pad Thai and stir-fries.
Following the success of their other five restaurant locations, owner Max Chen is excited to begin this new venture.
“We look forward to serving the Newcastle community and sharing our delicious take on authentic Thai food. Being able to bring families and friends back together, and brighten their lives post lockdown is especially important at this time,” Max said.
So head along to Marketown West’s newest foodie venue, Thai Town, and be transported to Thailand as you indulge in delicious, authentic food whilst settling in amongst their freshly renovated venue.
