Susuru Ramen and Gyoza Restaurant is kicking off 2024 in the best possible way, announcing their newest ramen collab for the month of January.

Considered a Newcastle dining institution, Saurabh and Loveleene's award winning Sapphire Indian Restaurant in Merewether is best known for its authentic curries, with Saurabh's knowledge of spices being legendary. Once again, Sapphire is teaming up with Susuru to bring you another flavour-packed curry ramen.

Since opening in 2015, Saurabh and Loveleene continue to bring extraordinary new flavours to the Sapphire menu and hold a passion for bringing authentic Indian flavours to Newcastle. The details in the spices which are milled in-house are second to none.

Originating from Tamil Nadu in Southern India, the Chicken Chettinad Curry Ramen contains a great balance of coconut, dried chillies, tamarind sauce, curry leaves, mustard seeds, house-milled spices,and salts. Vegan options are available.
