Flotilla embodies this time of year, not only in their menu but in the experience they deliver when you take a seat at the Wickham restaurant.
The team, lead by head chef Paul Niddrie and Restaurant Manager Eduardo Molina, have taken this concept and created the ultimate Spring session by creating a Sunday Set Menu that changes each week.
You will be spoilt with five bold courses that start with a few small plates, then a main with a side that will finish with something sweet at $65pp. Chef Niddrie has taken this opportunity to change up his creativity while testing out new dishes with the added bonus of running a more sustainable kitchen.
With the afternoons about to become longer the drinks menu will develop through the warmer weather to allow you to spend time on the deck enjoying their new cocktail list… think citrus, sours, and lifting cocktails - YES PLEASE!
