Modern Australian Cuisine from Restaurant Mason now available at home
Newcastle’s inner-city fine dining restaurant, Restaurant Mason has adapted their unique dining experience to bring you their delicious meals into the dining rooms of your own home.
Owner and chef Chris Thornton, alongside his team are offering pick-up of their meals from Wednesday-Saturday. Bringing a new takeaway menu to you each week, you can be sure to have your tastebuds tantalised with new dishes each and every week.
To enjoy the Restaurant Mason takeaway menu, the process is simple. Start by sampling calling or texting to place your order and paying via credit card. Then allow 30 minutes before arriving at the Restaurant in your car. Upon arrival, let the team know you have arrived along with your registration plate and they will deliver direct to your car.
Diners can choose from two or three courses, as well as choosing to add a bottle of wine for good measure! This week’s (13-16 May) menu options:
Duck Rillette, Spiced Plum Chutney, Rocket, Pickled Vegetables, Croutes.
Slow Roast Cabbage, Date Puree, Almond, Confit Onions, Labna, Kale Chips.
Prawn Risotto, Roast Garlic, Green Olive, Tomato, Parsley.
Roast Little Hill Farm Chicken, Corn and Tarragon Salsa, Potato Gratin, Mushroom Duxelles.
Lamb Shoulder, Fried Brussel Sprouts, Chestnut, Parsnip Puree, Caramelised Onion Jus.
Semolina Gnocchi, Brassica Cream, Chive, Broccoli, Truffle Pecorino.
Vanilla Panna Cotta, Passionfruit Gel, Honeycomb, Candied Coconut.
Baked Pumpkin Tart, Double Cream, Savoury Granola.
