Dave has always had a natural connection to cooking. Growing up, he would plate themed Sunday feasts for his big family, always bringing smiles to the dinner table.
Now, with over half a decade of experience in some of Newcastle’s finest restaurants and having learnt from some of the Hunter’s most skilled chefs, Dave has stepped into a liberating new chapter.
Hasta Lasagna has given him the space to craft fine food without the constraints of a set menu, allowing him the freedom to experiment with new dishes and celebrate diverse cuisines.

Jacqui’s appreciation for food blossomed through her partner’s passion for the art of cooking. Together, they discovered a meaningful connection in sharing good meals with the people they love, an ethos now embedded in the fabric of Hasta Lasagna.
