Speaking with Lilly MacKellar, Partner across the Maitland, Charlestown, and Warners Bay stores, Lilly explained the Crust approach has always been:‘We don’t wait for trends - we create them.’

“Crust has always taken a creative approach to toppings, sauces, and flavour combos, which have pushed the pizza boundaries.
“We were one of the first to use flavours like peri peri, truffle and fresh ingredients like avocado on top of our pizzas, and we’ve consistently challenged the ‘standard pizza in a box’ idea’.”
