Crusoe’s by the Lake, which you’ll find in the Lake Macquarie Yacht Club at Belmont, has taken full advantage of their lake location. The massive deck space is built for long lunching or afternoon sessions so you can take in the sunset over Lake Macquarie.
With the restaurant facing directly out onto the marina, there’s plenty of boating action to keep you entertained. With an extensive menu that covers all the classics like; burgers, schnitzels and smoked buffalo wings to apricot chicken mignon and lamb rump, the serves are more than generous and there’s something for all tastes.
As you would expect, there’s also plenty of seafood selections like the atlantic salmon, and panko crumbed prawns, fresh oysters, and the all-important Seafood Platter!
The Crusoe’s Seafood Platter has got itself a reputation for being pretty awesome. The platter is made up of blue swimmer crab, half mornay lobster, fresh Atlantic salmon, creamy garlic prawns, Sydney rock oysters, whole baked baby snapper, and bbq squid. It's big, and perfect if there’s a few of you wanting to share.
Whether you come by car, boat or otherwise, Crusoe's on the Lake makes for an ideal dining destination.
