On Sunday 17th February we will be teaming up with the sweet talents of local patissier Stacey Cleaver from A Sweet Ride Called Clyde, for what is going to be a dessert first for Newcastle.
Popping up in the iconic Muster Point building in Mayfield East for ONE day and ONE night only, the salon space will be transformed into a contemporary style Dessert Bar thanks to event hire specialists The Wedding Designers, with the industrial style warehouse making for the perfect backdrop to this delicious event.
Paired with the desserts will be a collective of Newcastle and Hunter Valley artisans including;
Simone Madigan from Workshopp in Maryville. Simone's stunning ceramics will be gracing the Dessert Bar throughout the 5 courses, as we write Simone is madly creating some beautiful hand thrown pieces especially for the table.
To complement each course expect a tasting of De Iuliis Wines from the Hunter Valley. Mike likes to do things a little differently, not one for tradition you'll experience the innovative flavours from this family run vineyard.

Bringing a pop of colour and some floral structure is Morgan Kerr of Val ent een. When Morgan isn't out foraging you'll find her at the Maker Store in Adamstown creating gorgeous floral arrangements.
