Noyce Brothers Wine can be found in the Wollombi area of the Hunter Valley in the historic and very beautiful Grays Inn. Situated in the main street, this 19th-century sandstone Georgian building makes for the perfect venue for some wine tasting.
Quite a modern looking cellar door is what greets you along with the friendly cellar door staff. This cosy little space is perfect for sampling the collection of Noyce Brothers Semillion, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Pinot, Shiraz and their sparkling White and Moscato.
Why not grab a bottle take a seat under the balcony and pour yourself a glass. If you prefer a slightly green outlook head out to the back and take a wander amongst the immaculate garden area that takes in vineyard views.
If you’re a keen chess player have a hit out on the large garden board, wine in one hand and perhaps a cheese platter close by.
