The historic Dalwood Estate, formerly Wyndham Wines provides a stunning backdrop for the Hunter Valley's newest art gallery.

Set on 260 acres, Dalwood Estate is the oldest vineyard in Australia. Based in the Hunter Valley with stunning views of the Hunter Valley and lush vines. 

Hunter Galleries was recently launched at Dalwood Estate and features more than 100 works from both emerging and established artists. Life imitates art throughout the exhibition with a common theme of country landscapes and native fauna on display.

The exhibition displays a mixture of modern and traditional art with visitors able to experience the pieces both inside a traditional gallery space and outdoors with life-size sculptures while meandering throughout the property grounds.

Dalwood Estate itself is open Saturdays and Sundays from 10am till 4pm for wine tasting, picnic cheese platters, coffee, cakes and offers the unique experience of art exhibitions. Here visitors can meander through the gallery's art installation, beautiful sculptures scattered throughout the grounds and an indoor gallery with works from local and prolific Australian artists alike on display.
