What has historically been the cellar door was transformed into an intimate Tuscan dining room, complete with incredible antiques and styled to perfection with local flowers and produce.
The lunch and dinner were divine affairs, with a delicious four-course degustation by Muse matched with two Sweetwater Wines for each course.
The grand finale to the unforgettable event was the launch of the Sweetwater Wine Club - an invitation which most guests were more than happy to accept as inaugural membership came with matching Riedel wine glasses engraved with the Sweetwater Wine emblem.
This rare and special occasion marked the first function at the estate in over five years with exclusive events at Sweetwater planned for the future.
The Hunter Valley’s iconic Sweetwater vineyard is now open for private events.
Sweetwater Winery is steeped in history and the site of one of Australia’s oldest vineyards. It is a magnificent world-class estate on 48 hectares located on the Sweetwater ridge near Belford in the Hunter Valley and produces the Hunter’s finest wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon and Shiraz.
