Smoke in Broke returned to McNamara Park this year, full of the finger-lickin' flavours of Texas.

Smoke in Broke is a barbecue-lover's dream, with plenty of BBQ and food vendors, craft beer, boutique wine, barbecue demos, cooking competitions and live music across the weekend.

This year, the Steak Cookoff Association Competition and the Australian Barbecue Association Competition were highlights, with categories for brisket, pork, lamb, chicken and pork ribs.

Guests also upped their at-home barbecuing game with the demonstration stage talking all things BBQ.

This year, tasting tokens allowed guests to head to Tasting Alley to sample mouth-watering BBQ eats.
