The annual luncheon is back and you’re invited! | 4 Jun
Set in the scenic Whispering Brook winery, the alfresco luncheon will be featured on an iconic long table amongst the estate’s olive groves. Guests can enjoy the delicious, Mediterranean-inspired menu which will be complemented by matching Whispering Brook wines and gorgeous mountain views.
The four-course menu will be brought by chef Frank Fawkner, owner of the award-winning, fine-dining restaurant EXP. The dishes on the menu are olive-themed and have been designed to highlight the quality and flexibility of all things olive! Keeping a focus on sustainability, the menu will also showcase products from local artisan food producers in the Hunter Valley.
Amidst the luncheon, guests will also be able to enjoy live music and a tour of the estate’s olive groves and vineyards. This year’s guest speaker is Carol Jenkins, an accomplished author, and publisher. Some of her works include Fishing in the Devonian and Xn.
