Brought to you by the renowned Sprout Catering team of Jacqueline and Tom Brown, the duo can not only guarantee an incredible dining experience on your big day, but some of the most spectacular views in the Hunter Region.

Located in the quiet little township of Vacy, Eaglereach is a unique wilderness property that’s set on 640 acres of absolute paradise. Completely surrounded by bushland Eaglereach offers wedding parties a secluded, off the beaten track experience that comes complete with local wildlife and a stunning display of native flora.
While the Eaglereach property may have a fresh new look, it is by no means new to the area. Opening more than 30 years ago the property was in need of a whole lot of love, but the potential was realised by Jacqueline and Tom who took on the property in early 2021 and went about completely transforming the space,
“Eaglereach has been our Covid project, we decided to shut Sprout down completely during the second lockdown which gave us the time to renovate and bring the venue back to life.” Tom explained.
“It has needed a lot of work, more than what we expected, but we couldn’t be happier with the result.”
Completely refreshing the dated interiors and reinstalling a much sturdier and larger deck, guests can now enjoy those magical views which span from the Barrington Tops all the way to the Pacific Ocean.
In addition to the wedding venue, the property features the Eaglereach Wilderness Resort which includes a collection of custom built cabins & spa lodges making for the ideal stay and play wedding event.
If you’re thinking of something not so wedding-like, Eaglereach is open to corporate and private events of all kinds with the property featuring a long list of facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court, 15 station outdoor exercise area, childrens play centre, a games room and a series of dams for yabbying. For those wanting to cool off at the end of the day, guests can go swimming in Goonarook Lagoon.
