We are in no shortage of good restaurants in the Hunter Valley but something that the team from Amanda’s on the Edge felt was missing just happens to be Amanda’s and Head Chef Sara favourite food...dumplings. They love them so much that they have decided to dedicate a whole evening in praise.
‘Dumplings in the vines’ brings you the streets of Shanghai right here to our home in the Hunter, join Amanda and her team this Thursday 28th of November for a carefully curated dumpling set menu featuring six of Sara’s most favourite and tasty homemade dumplings.
