At its heart is the Dine Amongst the Roses experience, intimately arranged under a floral dining dome overlooking the rose garden.

Secluded beneath arches of roses, soft candlelight, and peaceful surrounds, guests are invited to settle in for either High Tea or a three-course dinner created by the Locavore Restaurant team, where estate-to-plate flavours take the lead. 

During the day, High Tea includes a glass of sparkling per person, bottomless tea and coffee, and sweeping garden views. As evening falls, the dome becomes a warm, inviting spot for wine-accompanied meals. 

With accommodation just moments from the restaurant, guests can take a stroll through the gardens before settling in for the night.

The overnight experience includes beautifully appointed accommodation and breakfast for two, along with a rose-inspired Touch of Roses treats set featuring a bottle of First Creek Cuvée, locally made rose-scented soap, house-made rose salt, and a tasting plate scattered with macarons, strawberries and rose petals. 

Guests looking to add a little extra romance to their existing stay can enjoy the A Touch of Roses add-on for $59 per room, featuring rose-inspired treats and the option to book the floral dome for a private dining experience.
