Rydges Resort Hunter Valley has two restaurants and bars onsite. As you’d expect, they also offer in-room dining.  

Lovedale Bar & Grill
If you’re after a casual bite to eat, head to the Lovedale Bar & Restaurant. Located on the ground floor with views of the pool, the popular casual dining spot has a huge selection of tasty bistro-style fair. 

The bar serves wine aplenty and beer and cider from the Sydney Brewery Hunter Valley, which is conveniently located just next door. Did I mention they also have espresso martinis on tap?   

Redsalt Restaurant
The resort's signature restaurant, Redsalt, is the place to go for that special meal. Expect delicious modern Australian fare made with fresh seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce.

Redsalt also offers kids dinner meals, and they're open for breakfast.

Vista Lounge
If you don’t mind an Aperol Spritz or a whisky at the end of your day, you need to visit Rydges Resort Hunter Valley's very own whisky bar in the Vista Lounge. The bar offers a lengthy list of unique and traditional cocktails as well as 36 different whisky varieties and some of the Hunter’s best wines. 

Order your beverage of choice and some bar bites to eat and kick back in one of the bar’s comfy lounge chairs.

Ubika Spa

A highlight of the resort is Ubika Spa. This hair and beauty sanctuary has it all, offering a variety of specialist massages, body pampering treatments and vichy shower experiences that’ll help you unwind and rejuvenate.

Ubika also have a Couples Suite, where you and partner can enjoy a private spa bath and other luxurious treatments together.
