WIN Tickets and Accommodation to Crafted Beer Festival
Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is HUNTERhunter (ABN 28 628 178 414).
Eligibility
1. The competition entitles one [1] winner to;
i. Two [2] tickets to Crafted Beer Festival Newcastle on Saturday 22 November, 2025
ii. A one [1] night stay in a one [1] Bedroom Standard King Apartment at Novotel Newcastle for two [2] people
iii. Two [2] Crafted Festival party shirts
iv. Two [2] Crafted Festival stubby coolers
v. Two [2] Crafted Festival wooden beer tasting paddles (not including beer)
2. Competition opens on Monday 27 October 2025 @ 9am.
3. Competition closes on Friday 7 November 2025 @ 11.59pm.
4. Eligible Entrants must be Australian residents.
5. Eligible Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
6. Guest of the successful winner of the prize must be over 18 years of age.
7. To enter, the participant must complete the entry form published on the HUNTERhunter website.
8. This is a Game of Skill.
9. The prize draw will take place on Saturday 8 November @ 09:00 am. The winners will be contacted via email or mobile immediately following the draw.
10. If the prizes are unclaimed or un-awarded a prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday 11 November 2025.
11. The prize(s) are non-refundable, non-transferrable, redeemable for cash or otherwise dealt with.
12. Accommodation booking is for Saturday 22 November 2025. Standard check-in requirements of photo ID and security deposit are required upon check-in, with the winner’s details passed onto the relevant accommodation provider for the purpose of the accommodation booking.
13. If in the unfortunate circumstance that Crafted Beer Festival is rescheduled, tickets and merch pack will be transferred for collection to the new event date. Accommodation may be transferrable to a new date, dependent on room availability. If the event is cancelled, the prize will be forfeited.
14. Tickets are not for resale or used for commercial or promotional purposes outside of this promotion.
15. The winner agrees to the festival conditions of entry. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the entry into the competition or acceptance of this prize.
16. The following person(s) are ineligible to enter the Competition:
a) employees of:
I. the Promoter; and
II. the Promoter’s related bodies corporate (as that expression is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and associated agencies, companies, and contractors; or
b) members of the Immediate Families of the employees.
