Eat & Drink

From Long Jetty to Hardys Bay, the Coast's coffee scene has stepped it up

Whether you prefer your coffee beachside or with a warehouse edge, there's a cafe for you to try on the Central Coast.

1. Glee Coffee Roasters
Where: The Chapman Building, 9/14 Alison Rd, Wyong

If you know anything about coffee you will have heard of Glee, whether it’s from their Darby St days or sipping on their beans at your fav coffee spot. If you’re keen to experience the full Glee grind then Wyong is where you need to head. Located in the beautiful and historic Chapman Building owner Ben describes their coffee as being “rich, but easy to drink,” whilst you’re there hang around and order something yum from the menu and perhaps try one of their cold brews.

2. Lords of Pour
Where: 302-304 Ocean View Rd, Ettalong Beach

Lords of Pour are all about the “Killer brews and awesome chews”. The small cafe has a very casual feel and we’re pretty sure many of the customers here would be on a first-name basis, it really feels like home. The guys here are focused on simple house-made, quality food and drink. The house blend is by Sydney’s Single O and a roster of guest roasters make up this café’s single origin and filter offerings. These guys really know their grind, so if you’re into your beans, this is a must visit on the Central Coast.

3. Green Tangerine
Where: 393 The Entrance Rd, Long Jetty

Serving up coffee from Sydney boutique roasters The Little Marionette, your cup of whatever is going to hit the spot. Besides the coffee this little Long Jetty gem bakes on-site some of the most delish baked goods on the Coast. Whether you go for something savoury from the sourdough and brioche range or something sweet, we suggest the Cronuffin, you won't go wrong!
