An extraordinarily beautiful restaurant in Gosford
We have followed Sean’s illustrious career for many years. His food philosophy focuses heavily on ethically sourced produce and premium suppliers, which Brian and I feel very strongly about.

The Bon Pavilion has opened in Gosford, an incredible new venue that you must experience for yourself.
Brought to you by John 'Singo' Singleton and his team together with Brian and Karina Barry, the incredible duo behind the likes of Bells at Killcare and Pretty Beach House, the result is nothing short of spectacular.
Wanting to bring to the Central Coast a dining and drinking experience not offered elsewhere the bold project offers guests seven distinct areas - a cafe; cocktail and tapas bar; family-style dining room; Wi-Fi lounge; bar specialising in craft beers and whisky; a private dining room and Bon Vin, which will sell quality local and international wines.
The appointment of executive chef Sean Connolly was the final piece of the puzzle. With a myriad of awards to his name, five successful establishments in Australia and New Zealand, various television shows, cookbooks and products Sean will be bringing his food philosophy of ethically sourced produce and premium suppliers.
“We have followed Sean’s illustrious career for many years. His food philosophy focuses heavily on ethically sourced produce and premium suppliers, which Brian and I feel very strongly about,” Karina said.
Serving Australian and globally influenced cuisine - thoughtful, precise and delicious food in a relaxed and informal setting, The Bon Pavilion has been an ambitious project, driven by Singo’s stated desire for ‘a meeting place in the heart of Gosford for everyone to enjoy.’
A combination of family-friendly restaurant and sophisticated dining and bar areas means The Bon Pavilion has a space to be enjoyed by everyone.
