Terrigal’s Village Bakery is standing tall and proud!

Just in time for summer, Bouffant Bakery has opened its doors in Terrigal. 

This pastry bar grab-and-go concept is the third beautiful Bouffant outlet from the clever duo of Andrew Mansfield and Markus Kunz, who are also behind the beloved Ooomph Café, East Gosford.

Perfectly positioned in the new development on Pine Tree Lane, between the Crowne Plaza Hotel and the multi-story carpark, you even have a pathway connecting the car park straight to Bouffant (handy we know!). 

They have created a welcoming space with white, pink and marble accents that we have come to know from the Bouffant team, with a back lit marble pastry bar literally a beacon for you to gravitate towards.

Open from 6am to 6pm you are assured to get your sweet fix anytime of the day!

The $5 coffee and croissant maybe the best deal in town with the team delivering a quality product for a very affordable price.

Not surprisingly the mini-Portuguese tarts we have come to know and love at their other outlets are crowd favourites here.  Flavours include plain, chocolate, lemon meringue, caramel and passionfruit.  This summer we are seeing the introduction of two new flavours to Bouffant; a Peanut Butter, Jam & Cinnamon Cruffin (cruffin – a hybrid of Muffin x Croissant); and joining the PBJ Cruffin is a Granola topped Doughnut.

Not to be outdone by the original name-sake pastry “The Bouffant” which is a perfect round pastry elevated with lemon meringue and topped with a strawberry, is the Fruit Salad Bouffant which is sure to become a best seller.

Terrigal has been crying out for a village bakery and Andrew and Markus have answered the call. Now we have breads baked daily including pre-cut loaves, rolls and baguettes.

The sourdough options are white sourdough, soy & linseed, sultana & cashew with more mainstream bread types including fruit loaf and white bread options and finally you will find brioche, white buns and classic baguettes available all day.

The best part about these breads?  They are baked locally on the Central Coast, you also have peace of mind that each Bouffant outlet has the same consistent quality product that is freshly baked daily and being delivered from their East Gosford kitchen.

Bouffant has already a loyal following with their other outlets and Terrigal will be no different.  Speaking with the team they are open about seeking feedback from their customers and are eager to know what we want to see in the shop so they can continue to tailor the experience.
