The Oak's very talented chef, Josh Nicholson (ex-Rockpool Bar and Grill, Albert Street Food and Wine, and Rick Stein Port Stephens) is cooking up a 4-course meal starring truffle delivered straight from the Barrington Tops.

Essentially, you'll be tasting an obscene amount of truffle for the money. Feeling fancy? Add on the wine pairing to really up the ante.
