Hope Estate at The Landing

In what is a prelude to the highly anticipated opening of Hope Estate at Honeysuckle’s Wharf Building, Hope at The Landing offers guests the chance to experience all that Hope Estate offers, with a distinctly Newcastle Harbour perspective.

Officially opening on Friday 11th August 2023, Michael Hope and the team have created a tasting bar at “The Landing” site on Honeysuckle’s boardwalk.

A true taste of things to come, Hope Estate at The Landing will be showcasing their range of wine, beer and spirits complemented by a tapas menu curated by Group Executive Chef, Anthony Fullerton. 

The former restaurant and bar space underwent minor renovations. So what can you expect?  

Hope Estate at The Landing will operate as a bar and restaurant serving fantastic food under the direction of Hope’s Group Executive Chef and The AHA 2022 Regional Chef of the Year, Anthony Fullerton.  Along with drinks from Hope’s vast array of products plus some extras, signature cocktails as well as wine, beer & spirit tastings.

Hope Estate at The Landing makes for the ideal casual catch up or venue for your next celebration or work event with  group bookings and functions also available.

“We’re really excited to be able to bring our products and experiences into the city” says owner Michael Hope who goes on to say.

"This is a taster bar in more ways than one.  Yes, we’re offering tastings of our wine, beer & spirit products and it’s also going to give Novocastrians an insight to what will be on offer at Hope at Honeysuckle when it opens”.

Hope Estate at The Landing will operate 11am-10pm Wednesday to Sunday and is set to become one of the best waterfront venues in Newcastle this summer.
