Civic Park is set to come alive with the bustling energy of over 130 artisans, each a master of their craft, offering unique, handmade treasures. 

The Bloom Barn Farm will be at the heart of it all, with their Make Your Own Bouquet station. This hands-on sensory experience will guide you through selecting the perfect combination of flowers, understanding the basics of bouquet composition and caring for your creation. The perfect opportunity to unleash your inner florist and create a beautiful gift for that special person.

At the heart of The Olive Tree Market are the talented artists who infuse their creations with passion and soul. Here are just a few of the local talents you will get to experience. 

Coastal Craft

Drawing inspiration from the serene coastal landscapes, Coastal Craft’s handmade driftwood artwork pieces embody the tranquility and beauty of the sea. Each intricately crafted piece is a testament to the artist’s love for the ocean. 

BB Candle Co

A Newcastle-based candle company handcrafting a diverse range of 100% soy wax candles. From jars and tins to tea lights and decorative pieces, there’s something for everyone. Abbi Yeo | 9am-10.30am

Abbi Yeo is a singer/songwriter from the Central Coast, now living in Newcastle. She started writing at age 11, and now 20, she hasn’t lost that passion. Abbi released her EP – Perfect Silence in 2021, with her track Wildfire winning Newcastle Music Show’s, Steel City 50. 

Cormac Grant | 10.45am-12.15pm

A Newcastle-based singer-songwriter with an obsession for the soul of music, Cormac will charm you with his intimate songwriting and silky grooves. He is influenced by late 60s soul and Americana and is working on his upcoming EP release. 

Louis Abell | 12.30pm-2pm

Louis Abell is a Newcastle musician and producer which has a diverse repertoire of musical tastes. His favourite artists span from Badbadnotgood and Bon Iver to Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen. Equipped with his Fender Jazzmaster named ‘Sonny’, he is sure to entertain the crowd with a diverse set list and unique equipment.
