Sanctum

A sanctuary... come as a guest and leave as friends!

Creeping up to their third year in the business, Sanctum isn’t the newest kid on the block - but one you still may not be all that familiar with. With seasonal menu changes four times a year, Sanctum offers up a wide selection of all your favourite brekkie options, salad wraps, bagels, burgers, pancakes, chia bowls, zucchini corn fritters- you name it, the lot!

Their newest addition to the menu is the vegan gluten free waffles with pistachio saffron ice cream, caramelized banana, and chocolate ganache...YUM!

With Autumn now here, there will be some more seasonal changes soon! Presentation and price are what caught my eye here. Every dish was filled with all the colours of the rainbow, and it wasn’t $6.50 for a soy latte. The endless choices of rainbow health bowls are definitely a go-to next time you and the girls want to brunch on Darby.

The large range of drink options really complements the meal choices. From beetroot lattes to homemade lemonade and smoothie shakes – you best be ordering both a hot and cold drink to wash down your meal!

Sanctum

For someone that is new to the food industry, owner Robert has smashed it! Before owning Sanctum (his first Café), he was a full-time muso living in Sydney with his band.

“I love entertaining people, only this time I am serving up great coffee and great food, rather than music.”
