The Tighes Hill venue has officially launched their night offering
Earlier this year we dropped into the sleepy suburb of Tighes Hill to chat with the area’s newest café, Bar Solè. The Italian-inspired café space has been busily working towards it since day dot, and we can officially announce that Bar Solè’s Aperitivo Bar is open Friday and Saturday nights!
On the corner of Maitland Rd and Bryant St, this cosy little nook of a space has become a favourite for both locals and visitors alike for their café offerings, and will no doubt become a go-to for the local weekend night-time economy.
In addition to their usual café hours, Bar Solé will now be open Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm-9pm offering a deliciously signature Aperitivo menu. Some menu items include the Antipasto Share Platter, Pizza Fritta, Caprese Salad, and Spinach & Ricotta Canneloni just to name a few.
The best part? It’s BYO! For just $4 corkage per person, you could be living like the Italian whilst not having to even leave Newcastle!
