Located on the ground floor of Bradley Winter and Julee Graham's stunning Belmont property BULC has been designed to comfortably accommodate either three separate couples or a group of six. Each of the three rooms, which includes the gorgeous honeymoon suite, has their own private entrance and has been styled to perfection with Julee explaining how she has spent years collecting for BULC whilst on her travels around the state and overseas.

 Julee also tells of how she was an antique dealer in a former life, and it all makes sense, with the eclectic mix of art and ornaments coming together in the most unlikely of ways. Julee’s attention to detail is what sets BULC apart from regular accommodation options and has your eyes in overdrive as soon as you walk through the door. Combined with Bradley’s experience in construction the home has been built with modern luxury in mind.

In addition to the smart layout and sophisticated setting, it’s the little additions that bring the luxe. The beautiful collection of magazines for browsing, the well-stocked mini bar, Keune bathroom products and designer linen, there’s even Netflix for that lazy Sunday morning movie.

Located between the Gunyah Hotel and the Lake Macquarie Yacht Club lunch, dinner and drinks are literally a stroll away. Or perhaps take the cheese platter and drinks on the balcony option and stay in for the night.
