The Close is where owner Clint Marquet first lived when his family moved to Morpeth, and not surprisingly he hasn’t been able to part with it since. Whilst Clint has moved on, h e now wants visitors to the area to enjoy what he has been able to do so for so long.
The beautifully restored and furnished property combines a nice mix of modern touches with cottage like features. All of which make you feel right at home.
Whilst The Close is tucked away down one of Morpeth’s quiet little back streets it’s just a short stroll to the main street, allowing you to get out and enjoy more of the town's beautiful architecture and village atmosphere.
