Dimensions X is actually the name of Krinklewood owner and co-founder of Pedestrian.TV Oscar Martin’s Proptech startup, created with renowned Australian architect Peter Stutchbury.

If you think this sounds like a futuristic venture, you wouldn’t be too far off. Dimensions X is revolutionising the housing industry with its planet-friendly, energy efficient, and recyclable smart homes, that are also fully customisable and relocatable.

At the heart of Dimensions X is the OM1 housing model, designed to combat the environmental impact of traditional construction. With a focus on solar collection, battery power, low-energy fittings, and water conservation, these homes embody simplicity in harmony with nature.

With so many sustainability creds, you might not expect these homes to be the most pleasing to the eye, but their laidback, minimalist, Scandi-style aesthetic tells a different story.

Visitors to Krinklewood have the opportunity to experience the Dimensions X homes firsthand. 'The Prototype' OM1-4 caters to couples or small groups, featuring a cosy bedroom area and the option to accommodate additional guests with a queen-size futon.

For those seeking a bit more space, 'The Consumer Model' OM1-3 is the way to go. With its clever configuration of pop-out queen-size beds and privacy-enhancing joinery, it comfortably sleeps up to four guests.

Both cabins have indoor fireplaces and outdoor firepits, so the opportunities to get cosy are plentiful. They also both have outdoor bathtubs, so you can really up the relaxation factor with a bath under the stars.
