Celebrate multicultural diversity in Terrigal this March
This event has now passed
Previously known as Flavours by the Sea, the culturally diverse event, coinciding with Harmony Week, supports the region’s multicultural community through performing and visual arts, interactive activities, workshops, and culinary delights.
The festival is a chance to showcase what Terrigal has to offer through its food offerings, with local eateries bringing their worldwide cuisines to the Terrigal streetscape, complemented by live music.
The line-up includes artists from all walks of life, with Kamilaroi and Tongan singer Radical Son bringing his mesmerising vocals and multi-award-winning Latin Show Band Salsa Kingz closing the show.
Central Coast Council Administrator, Rik Hart says Council is proud to support this revamped event and showcase to locals and visitors alike the extraordinary diverse community, and what they contribute in the way of food, entertainment, and much more, to the Central Coast.
“The event in Terrigal in March has always been popular, and now with a new look and new offerings, it can only get better!”
Event organisers at JC Entertainment and Events are looking for local artwork to project onto buildings in the week leading into the festival, launching an Expression of Interest this month.
Partnering with the team this year is Heartdancers, the innovative arts and cultural organisation aiming to bring together a diverse tapestry of First Nations and culturally diverse artists.
